The Chartering Process by the Ventura County Democratic Club Central Committee was completed on July 22. They proposed several changes to our operations as a club, including changes to our Bylaws. The Ojai Valley Democratic Club (OVDC) Board met and accepted those proposed changes.
The proposed changes are in DRAFT form below. Additional changes were approved by the Board. Please review. Other changes may be proposed, discussed and adopted at our next OVDC meeting on August 24.
